1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Skairova for your use of our website, search tools, account features, and any booking-related services we make available. Additional terms may apply to particular products, offers, or promotions; where they do, those additional terms will be presented to you.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Skairova on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Our role

Skairova helps you search, compare, and organize travel options. We may display information supplied by airlines, accommodation providers, travel agencies, payment providers, and other third parties.

Unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout, Skairova acts as an intermediary or technology platform and does not operate the airline, hotel, or other travel service you select. The provider responsible for the travel product remains responsible for delivering it.

3. Travel services and supplier terms

When you reserve a travel product, the provider’s terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation rules, and privacy policies also apply. Please review them before completing a reservation.

• Airlines and accommodation providers may impose rules on eligibility, check-in, baggage, room occupancy, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler’s name, contact details, travel documents, visas, and other required information are accurate and complete.
• Supplier terms govern where they conflict with information shown in a search result or planning screen.

4. Prices and availability

Travel inventory is dynamic. Prices, taxes, fees, fare conditions, room availability, and other details may change between your search, selection, and confirmation. A displayed price is not a confirmed offer until the applicable provider accepts the reservation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may not include optional services, local charges, resort fees, baggage fees, seat-selection fees, or other amounts collected by a supplier. We aim to show information accurately, but we do not guarantee that displayed information is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Bookings, changes, and cancellations

Where booking functionality is available, you must review your itinerary, traveler details, total price, and applicable supplier rules before submitting a reservation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the relevant provider or booking partner.

Changes, cancellations, refunds, and credits are subject to the rules of the applicable supplier and may involve fees or fare differences. Requests are not effective until confirmed by the provider or booking partner.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Provide accurate, current account information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or protect an account where we reasonably believe it is at risk, has been used fraudulently, or breaches these Terms.

7. AI-assisted search

Skairova may use automated tools to interpret natural-language requests and suggest destinations, dates, or filters. These tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every search interpretation and all trip details before relying on them or making a reservation.

Do not enter payment-card details, passport information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information into free-text search fields.

8. Acceptable use

You may use Skairova for lawful personal or authorized business travel planning. You must not:

• use automated means to scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the service or supplier systems;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• submit false traveler, identity, payment, or booking information; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Privacy

We process information needed to provide and improve our services, such as search requests, account information, and booking-related identifiers. Your use of supplier services may also be governed by that supplier’s privacy notice.

Use a private device where possible, sign out of shared devices, and keep your account information up to date.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skairova is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or the availability, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of third-party travel products.

To the extent permitted by law, Skairova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by supplier actions, schedule changes, cancellations, pricing changes, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Skairova after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
